Make Models was commissioned to prepare a 1:100 marketing model with realistic materiality to showcase a new project in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. The building designed by Luigi Rosselli Architects encapsulates his distinct sculptural style of flowing curvature.
Make models engaged thoroughly with the development team, Formspace, as well as the architects with scale prototypes and material tests to capture the material palette of the architecture. Labeled as Giardino, the gardens and greenspace of the residences was a key feature for the marketing and sales team. Make Models thoroughly examined the landscape design, designed by Dangar Barin Smith Landscape design to reproduce at scale what would be proposed in the lush greenery of the real building.
