        Download our 2D Laser Cutting Template in your preferred CAD package.

        Place your objects inside your chosen material size, leaving space at the edge for tolerance.

      • 3:

        Place cuts on red or green, scores on blue, and rasters on black.

    • Quote, Laser Cut and Collect
      Step 3: Quote, Laser Cut and Collect
      • 1:

        Fill out our quote form here and upload your artwork in our template file to obtain a fast quote.

      • 2:

        Await your quote then respond and confirm your quote to place your order.

      • 3:

        Upon payment, we cut your job. When notified that your job is ready, it is ready for delivery or collection.

  • CNC Milling

        Design your 2D or 3D objects in your preferred design software or CAD package

      • 2:

        Choose your materials and thickness from our supplied material list

      • 3:

        Assess if you need to laminate two or more blocks of material together so your object fits

    • Set up your CNC Milling

      • 1:

        Download our 2D/3D CNC template in your preferred CAD package

      • 2:

        Place the 2D or 3D objects inside your chosen material size, leaving space at the edge for tolerance

      • 3:

        Assign the correct colours to your file

    • Quote, CNC Mill and Deliver

        Send your design in our template file back to us to obtain a fast quote

      • 2:

        Respond and confirm your quote to place your order

        When notified that your job is finished, it is ready for delivery or collection

  • 3D Printing

    DA Model at 1:200 for Mostaghim Associates. Timber base with painted 3d Print.

      Step 1: Design your 3D Print Objects
      • 1:

        Design your 3D objects in your preferred design software or CAD package.

      • 2:

        Review your objects to check their print-ability. If unsure see our user guide below.

      • 3:

        Decide on what materials suit your job best:  SLA or FDM

    • Set up your 3D Print File
      Step 2: Set up your 3D Print File
      • 1:

        Download our 3D printing template in your preferred CAD Package

      • 2:

        If using FDM avoid overhangs unless you want printed supports

      • 3:

        Thicken objects using a minimum wall thickness of 2mm for FDM and 1.5mm for SLA

  • HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?

  • WHAT MATERIALS CAN I CUT?

    We can cut timbers, plywoods, acrylics and card/paper stock. Take a look at our detailed material list for laser cutting and cnc for an in-depth look at material sizes, thicknesses, appearances and cost.

  • WHAT WILL IT COST?

    Our laser cutting and CNC is charged on the length of time it takes to cut our job. Thicker materials tend to take longer to cut, whilst thinner materials tend to take less time. We charge based on the cost of the material + the time it takes to cut. Please send through your file on our template for a fast and accurate quote.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

    For Laser Cutting we offer laser cutting bookings for people in a rush to get something done the same day or same-day express with a 20% surcharge, otherwise our standard turnaround time is 2-3 working days. For CNC our standard lead time is 5-7 working days. For 3D Print our lead time is 5-10 working days.
